The sunset this evening was particularly beautifull. A day of dispirsed snow and inconsistent winds through the valley left a thick layer of moving, intricate clouds with a narrow gap between the Oquirrh mountains and the bottom thereof, creating a windo for a strip of golden sun to illuminate a stripe of blowing clouds, hilighting dancing whisps against the cool-grey-blue of the remmenants. It made me think about how I have nott seen very many sunsets recently since I tend to be inside, channeling the evening burst of energy my biological ancestors used to build fires, cook dinner, gossip, fuck, and engage in all other twilight activities into econometric analysys. Which made me think about how it is likely I will seel fewer then half of the sunsets that happen in my life, something I feel only vaugely melencholic about.
