Academic interests

Technically, I am an undergraduate studying Anthropology and Economics with a math minor at the U of U SBS. Yes, thats the Marxist one. No, its not as wild as you think. I bagged a reserch assistantship with Marshall Steinbaum for this summer, studying increassing regressivity and institutional segregation (things getting worse) in higher education and its effects on student debt and other outcomes. Also that labor/antitrust paper is forthcoming, hopefully by like Aug/Sep Ill have a preprint.

On A personal level, I am getting more into compsci stuff, complimentary with my increasing data analysys skills. The big mental project at the moment is coming up with a democratically determined content-blind protocol for social media, although right now I am not sure my information theory knowledge is up to snuff. Otherwise a lot of sewing, humaning, and taking a bit of a brain break after last semester.

Fall 2025 classes: Stat inf I, Stoch Procs & Simln, SE Asian Econ Hist-Dev, Stats for ML, App Stat Tools. (Yes that is 4 math classes. Yes I plan to hate myself forever for this cuz I say ill drop one but we all know I wont)
