Absurd Worm Creation Guide

a worm of moderately ridiculous proportion

So my good friend Zoey loves worms on string so I am getting one for them for christmas (last christmas, 7 months (actually 9 by now lol) ago) and they were like show how to make it on website and I was like sure.

Pattern (8.5x11 print version)

> Do it like any stuffed animal, the only odd thing is that it is designed in quarters, so you actually need four of each piece. Lay it all out and cut (remember to check the direction of the fur!). Then eyes (youll notice I actually did mine later, which was a mistake. Do them first!), they are just two fabric circles stitched down onto two of the quarters. Then, long seams, leaving one with a bit open in the middle to stuff, then the ends, then stuff and handstitch the opening. In the end, cost me about $50 between stuffing and fabric.

Two seams and the eyes. I tried to give them a 3D effect by stuffing them independently of the body, kind of like fursuit paw pads, but it didn’t work well because the fabric shredded and it all went to shit from there. So beware.
